As Project Manager I am not working on the Digital Plays, but instead the Theater Project Calendar, and presentation to the class. I have been working on creating a calendar for the whole class to view upcoming dates and meetings that they should know about. It took a few drafts and some time to figure out the best setup for the calendar but we finally got there. I worked with the Production Managers to go over the calendar and figure out what system also worked well with them. The calendar is shared with the entire class so everyone has access to it.
Along with the calendar I have worked on creating a PowerPoint for the first Business Meeting. The PowerPoint covers where to find the calendar, what the future Business Meetings will look like and what groups are expected to have, as well as what to work on while the script is being completed. On Friday myself and the Production Managers, as well as the Director, will watch all of the Digital Plays and take notes. We are looking for what people did well and what they need to work on in order to make sure they are doing their theater job well. During my PowerPoint I am letting the classs know what we will be looking for in their Digital Plays and what to expect from us on Monday. Monday we will be meeting with each group to talk with them about how they did and what to improve upon.
